Mark Canha is an American professional baseball player who was born on February 15, 1989, in San Jose, California, United States. Hence, his nationality is American. Canha played college baseball for the California Golden Bears at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was named the Pac-12 Conference Baseball Player of the Year in 2011. He made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut for the Oakland Athletics in 2015 and has been playing for the same team ever since. Canha plays as an outfielder and first baseman for the Athletics.
